Karahi Chops Recipe

Ingredients:
- Boiled chops 1 kg
- Butter 100 gm
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cardamoms 4
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp
- Onions 2
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oil as required
Method:
- Put water, chops, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in pot and boil it.
- When chops tender, close stove.
- Heat oil in other pan and fry onion until golden brown.
- Now put tomatoes, yogurt, cream, salt, cardamom and crushed red chili and roast it nicely.
- Then boiled chops, put coriander leaves and butter and simmer it.
- Karahi chops is ready.
