Karahi Chops Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chops 1 kg
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cardamoms 4
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp
  • Onions 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put water, chops, ginger garlic paste and turmeric in pot and boil it.
  2. When chops tender, close stove.
  3. Heat oil in other pan and fry onion until golden brown.
  4. Now put tomatoes, yogurt, cream, salt, cardamom and crushed red chili and roast it nicely.
  5. Then boiled chops, put coriander leaves and butter and simmer it.
  6. Karahi chops is ready.
