Mushroom Masala Keema Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mushrooms 1 can
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Crushed garlic 4-5 cloves
- Chopped onion 2
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Black cardamoms 3-4
- Cinnamon sticks 2-3
- Cloves 4-5
- Bay leaf 2-3
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Ginger sliced 1 inch
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add masala and crackle it.
- Then add onion and garlic and fry it.
- When onion is brown, add mince and roast it.
- Then add red pepper and mushroom, mix it nicely and roast it.
- When mince tender, add coriander leaves and green chilies and simmer it.
- Then remove from strove, take out in dish and serve.
