Ingredients:

  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Maida 1-1/2 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix whole flour and maida, add salt and knead soft dough with water.
  2. Spread oil and leave it for few minutes.
  3. Now make small balls and roll thin chapati.
  4. Then spread little oil on chapati, sprinkle rice flour, keep second chapati and roll it.
  5. Now heat tawa on high flame and cook chapati.
  6. Then remove chapati and separate it.
  7. It is ready.

Rumali Roti is similar to chapati. It is prepared with flour and maida. Made balls, made chapati, sprinkled rice flour and cooked on tawa. Serve with mushroom masala keema.
