Ingredients:
- Flour 1-1/2 cup
- Maida 1-1/2 cup
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix whole flour and maida, add salt and knead soft dough with water.
- Spread oil and leave it for few minutes.
- Now make small balls and roll thin chapati.
- Then spread little oil on chapati, sprinkle rice flour, keep second chapati and roll it.
- Now heat tawa on high flame and cook chapati.
- Then remove chapati and separate it.
- It is ready.
Rumali Roti is similar to chapati. It is prepared with flour and maida. Made balls, made chapati, sprinkled rice flour and cooked on tawa. Serve with mushroom masala keema.
