Hunzai Chargha Recipe

Ingredients:
- Whole chicken 1
- Roasted & crushed coriander 2 tbsp
- Sambal Oelek 2 tbsp
- Roasted & crushed white cumin 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce 3 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Suree soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Suree sriracha sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
Method:
- Mark cut on chicken and marinate chicken with all ingredients for few hours.
- Now cook on low flame until chicken tender and thick masala remains.
Hunzai Chargha is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated with sauces, cream & yogurt. Fried and serve with raita. Make it in Eid.
