Special Aloo Bhujia Recipe

Ingredients:
- Big potato slices 2
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Sambal Oelek 2 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves 15
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and put curry leaves and mustard.
- Then add potatoes and fry until half done.
- Now put tomatoes with all spices and sauces, cover it and cook on low flame until oil comes up.
- Then put 1 cup water, cover it and cook on low flame until it is ready.
- Serve hot with parathay.
Special Aloo Bhujia is healthy, tasty & light dish. It is prepared with potatoes and tomatoes. Make it in Ramadan in Sehri.
