Special Aloo Bhujia Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Big potato slices 2
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Sambal Oelek 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 15
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and put curry leaves and mustard.
  2. Then add potatoes and fry until half done.
  3. Now put tomatoes with all spices and sauces, cover it and cook on low flame until oil comes up.
  4. Then put 1 cup water, cover it and cook on low flame until it is ready.
  5. Serve hot with parathay.

Special Aloo Bhujia is healthy, tasty & light dish. It is prepared with potatoes and tomatoes. Make it in Ramadan in Sehri.
