Chicken Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chopped chicken breast 2
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves crushed 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix chicken with all ingredients and add gram flour.
  2. Now make small balls of mixture and deep fry on medium flame until golden brown.
  3. Now take out in paper towel and serve.

Chicken Pakora is common snack dish in Pakistan specially in Ramadan. It is prepared with chicken breast and gram flour. Make small balls and deep fried. Serve with sauce, ketchup or chutney.
