Moong Daal Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Moong daal flour 1 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Whole coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped black pepper 2 tsp
  • Onion finely chopped 2
  • Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients except oil in bowl and mix it nicely.
  2. Now heat oil and fry mince mixture like pakoray.
  3. It is ready.

Moong Daal Pakora is tasty pakoray. Moong daal flour, mince, onion and green chilies are used. Fried and serve with sauce.
