Moong Daal Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Moong daal flour 1 cup
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Whole coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chopped black pepper 2 tsp
- Onion finely chopped 2
- Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Put all ingredients except oil in bowl and mix it nicely.
- Now heat oil and fry mince mixture like pakoray.
- It is ready.
Moong Daal Pakora is tasty pakoray. Moong daal flour, mince, onion and green chilies are used. Fried and serve with sauce.
