Ingredients:

  • Maida 300 gm
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Ghee for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add salt and butter in maida, mix it and knead with dough.
  2. Now make balls.
  3. Then roll long with hands and make like balls.
  4. Now put ghee on tawa, roll balls and fry on tawa.
  5. Serve it hot.

Lacha Paratha is amazing paratha. It is prepared with maida & butter and knead with milk. Then fried on tawa in ghee. You can make it at home.
