Chatpattay Beef Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
- Beef or Mutton mince 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped onions 2
- Bread slices 2
- Egg whites 2
- Fresh button red chilies 4
- Green chilies 8
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop mutton or beef mince and bread slices in chopper.
- Now put green chilies, red chilies, soya sauce, vinegar, onion, maida, black pepper, salt and coriander leaves and mix it nicely.
- Then make small balls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
- The heat oil in wok and deep fry on low flame.
- When golden brown, serve with ketchup.
Chatpattay Beef Balls is spicy & tasty snack dish. It is prepared with mutton/beef mince, green chilies, bread slices & red chilies, dipped in eggs and coated with bread crumbs. Deep fried and serve with ketchup or sauce.
