Chatpattay Beef Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Beef or Mutton mince 1/2 kg
  • Finely chopped onions 2
  • Bread slices 2
  • Egg whites 2
  • Fresh button red chilies 4
  • Green chilies 8
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop mutton or beef mince and bread slices in chopper.
  2. Now put green chilies, red chilies, soya sauce, vinegar, onion, maida, black pepper, salt and coriander leaves and mix it nicely.
  3. Then make small balls, dip in egg whites and coat with bread crumbs.
  4. The heat oil in wok and deep fry on low flame.
  5. When golden brown, serve with ketchup.

Chatpattay Beef Balls is spicy & tasty snack dish. It is prepared with mutton/beef mince, green chilies, bread slices & red chilies, dipped in eggs and coated with bread crumbs. Deep fried and serve with ketchup or sauce.
