Tandoori Drumsticks Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemons 4
- Green chili 4
- Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- Wash wings with lukewarm water and put in pot.
- Also put salt, yogurt and ginger garlic paste, mix it nicely and boil it.
- When water dries, add tandoori masala.
- Heat oil in wok and fry masala wings nicely.
- When golden brown, take out oil and keep wings in wok.
- Then put lemon juice, black pepper and green chilies, cover it and simmer it on low flame.
- Serve with hot naan.
Tandoori Drumsticks is delicious & tasty dish. Chicken is mixed with yogurt and boiled. Then mixed with tandoori masala and fried. Then cooked with green chilies and serve with naan or paratha.
