Tandoori Drumsticks Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 4
  • Green chili 4
  • Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Oil as required

Method:

  1. Wash wings with lukewarm water and put in pot.
  2. Also put salt, yogurt and ginger garlic paste, mix it nicely and boil it.
  3. When water dries, add tandoori masala.
  4. Heat oil in wok and fry masala wings nicely.
  5. When golden brown, take out oil and keep wings in wok.
  6. Then put lemon juice, black pepper and green chilies, cover it and simmer it on low flame.
  7. Serve with hot naan.

Tandoori Drumsticks is delicious & tasty dish. Chicken is mixed with yogurt and boiled. Then mixed with tandoori masala and fried. Then cooked with green chilies and serve with naan or paratha.
