Ingredients:

For Pan Cake Batter:

  • Maida 2 cups
  • Eggs 3
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Milk as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups

For Filling:

  • Mince 250 gm
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Butter 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat butter, put mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, salt and green chilies and cook on low flame till mince tender and water dries.
  2. Now put all spice, green chilies and coriander leaves.
  3. Then take it out and cool it.
  4. For batter: Put maida, salt and water in bowl and make batter.
  5. Then strain it.
  6. Now make thin pan cake with batter in got oil.
  7. Then beat eggs, salt and black pepper.
  8. Now fold pan cake with filling mixture.
  9. Then dip in eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
  10. Then fry in hot oil.

Pandaras is amazing dish. Pan cake is prepared with maida. Then folded with mince mixture, dipped in eggs, coated with bread crumbs and fried. Serve with sauce and ketchup.
