Peanut Satay Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
- Crushed & roasted peanut paste 3 tbsp
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- Brown sugar 3/4 tbsp
- Red curry paste 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat coconut milk, put peanuts paste and boil it.
- Now mix brown sugar and red curry paste.
- Then put salt, thick it, cool it and serve.
Peanut Satay Sauce is prepared with peanuts. Boiled in coconut milk and cooked with red curry paste. Serve with chicken satay.
