Afghani Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1-1/2 kg
- Lemons 3
- Green chilies chopped 12
- Oil 1 cup
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put chicken and salt in wok, cover it and cook on low flame.
- Heat oil in pan.
- When water of chicken dries, add black pepper, green chilies and ginger.
- Then put hot oil and lemon juice, serve with hot naan.
Afghani Karahi is delicious dish. Chicken is cooked and green chilies, ginger & lemon juice is added. Serve with hot naan and raita.
