Kesari Sooji Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Green cardamom 6
  • Almonds, Pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Rose water 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat ghee, put semolina and cardamom and fry for 10 minutes.
  2. Now close stove, put sugar and hot water and cook it.
  3. Then put saffron, rose water,  almonds and pistachios and serve.

Kesari Sooji Halwa is delicious sweet dish. It is prepared with semolina and saffron. Topped with almonds and pistachios and serve.
