Falafel Recipe

Ingredients:
- Cooked chickpeas 2 cups
- Onion chopped 1
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley chopped 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
- Cumin crushed 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Maida 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Oil for fry
Method:
- Grind all ingredients in food processor.
- Now make small round balls of mixture, keep balls in between two palm and press it.
- Heat oil in frying pan and deep fry falafel until golden brown.
- Now take out in paper towel in plate.
- Serve with hummus and tahini sauce.
Falafel is delicious snack dish. It is Middle East cuisine. It is prepared with chickpeas and made kabab. Deep fried and serve with hummus & tahini sauce.
