Ingredients:

  • Kabuli chickpeas boiled 1 cup
  • Potatoes boiled 1 cup
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 3-4
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put oil in pan and fry onion until light brown.
  2. Now add garlic paste and mix it.
  3. Then put boiled potato cubes and also put chickpeas.
  4. Now add red chili, cumin, tamarind paste, all spice powder and salt.
  5. Also put water and cook until potatoes and chickpeas are mixed together.
  6. Then add onion seeds and mix it.
  7. Keep little gravy, dish out it, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Aloo Chanay Ki Tarkari tasty dish. It is prepared with chickpeas and potatoes. Cooked and serve with puri or paratha or kachori.
