Daal Ki Kachori Recipe

Ingredients:
For Dough:
- Maida 2 cups
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
For Filling:
- Chana daal boiled 1 cup
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Whole red chili 5-6
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put maida, salt and ghee in bowl, mix it nicely and knead it.
- Add all ingredients of filling in chopper and chop it.
- Now make small small balls of kneaded flour, fill grinded chana daal, leave for few minutes and roll it.
- Then heat oil in pan and fry kachori on low flame.
- Then take it out and serve with chutney.
Daal Ki Kachori is tasty snack dish. Dough is prepared with maida. Stuffed with grinded chana daal and fried. Serve with aloo chanay ki tarkari and make it at home.
