Seviyan Ki Kulfi Recipe

Ingredients:
- Fresh milk 1 liter
- Khoya 250 gm
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Small cardamom 8
- Pistachios finely chopped 1/2 cup
- Sugar 2-1/2 cup
- Almonds finely crushed 20-25
- Rice flour 3 tbsp
Method:
- Boil vermicelli and blend in blender nicely.
- Also grind cardamom with sugar.
- Now put milk and cardamom in pot and cook it.
- When milk is thick, add boiled & blended vermicelli and sugar and cook it.
- All ingredients are cooked and mixed, dissolve rice flour in little milk and put in pot.
- Then almonds and pistachios and stir it.
- When kulfi is thick, close stove.
- Then cool it, add khoya and beat it nicely.
- Then freeze it.
- It is ready.
Seviyan Ki Kulfi is delicious and yummy ice cream. Vermicelli is boiled and blended. Then cooked with milk. Then almonds & pistachios are added and cooled. Then mixed with khoya and freezed.
