Mexican Enchilada With Salsa

Ingredients:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies chopped 2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chicken mince 500 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • White cumin roasted 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Sour cream 1/2 packet
  • Yogurt 1/2 packet
  • Lemon 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 4 tbsp
  • Oregano leaves 4 tbsp
  • Thyme powder 4 tbsp
  • Tortillas 4
  • Flour 2 cups

Method:

  1. Put tomato sauce and chicken filling in tortillas, roll it and keep in dish.
  2. Then put paste, sour cream and cheese on top.
  3. Then bake for 15 minutes.

Mexican Enchilada With Salsa is delicious dish. Tortillas is filled with chicken mince, tomato sauce and vegetables. Topped with cream & cheese and baked.
