Mexican Enchilada With Salsa

Ingredients:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion 1
- Green chilies chopped 2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chicken mince 500 gm
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- White cumin roasted 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Tomato sauce 1/4 cup
- Capsicum 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Sour cream 1/2 packet
- Yogurt 1/2 packet
- Lemon 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander crushed 4 tbsp
- Oregano leaves 4 tbsp
- Thyme powder 4 tbsp
- Tortillas 4
- Flour 2 cups
Method:
- Put tomato sauce and chicken filling in tortillas, roll it and keep in dish.
- Then put paste, sour cream and cheese on top.
- Then bake for 15 minutes.
Mexican Enchilada With Salsa is delicious dish. Tortillas is filled with chicken mince, tomato sauce and vegetables. Topped with cream & cheese and baked.
