Tikka Lollipop Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings boneless 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Maida 1 cup
  • White sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

Direction:

  1. Marinate chicken wings with all spices, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and lemon juice.
  2. Now put maida and white sesame seeds in bowl and mix it.
  3. Dip chicken wings in maida mixture and fry it.
  4. Chicken lollipop is ready.

Tikka Lollipop is delicious dish. Chicken wings is marinated with lemon juice and yogurt. Then dipped in maida & sesame seeds mixture and fried. Serve with sauce or ketchup.
