Turkish Borek Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Manda roti 3-4
  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup

For Brushing:

  • Egg 1
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Heat oil in pan and put onion.
  2. When onion is light brown, put ginger garlic paste and beef mince and cook it nicely.
  3. Now add soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper and chili garlic sauce, cover it, cook it nicely and cool it.
  4. Now keep mince and cheese on one side of manda roti.
  5. Then brush with egg & yogurt mixture and roll it.
  6. Keep manda roll in pizza pan like spiral.
  7. Keep 2-3 rolls like this.
  8. Now put yogurt mixture and bake on 180 degrees C for few minutes.

Turkish Borek is Turkish pastry dish. Mixture is prepared with mince & sauces and cooked. Then filled in manda roti with cheese and rolled. Then placed in pizza pan, topped with egg & yogurt mixture and baked.
