Keri Do Piyaza Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Onion chopped 5
- Raw mango peeled & stripes 2
- Curry leaves few
- Green chilies 4
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Direction:
- Heat oil in pot and fry onion until light pink.
- Then take out onion and put mutton, ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Water dries, put 1 to 1-1/2 cup hot water and tender meat.
- Water becomes dry, put fried onion, raw mango, red chili powder, green chilies and curry leaves and cook on low flame.
- When water of onion dries, roast it slightly, remove it and serve with hot plain rice.
Keri Do Piyaza is tasty dish. Mutton is cooked with raw mango, green chilies and spices. Serve with rice. You must try this recipe.
