Potato Cutlets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Sesame seeds 1 cup
  • Roasted maida 1/2 cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped red chili 1 tsp
  • Roasted & chopped almonds 1 tbsp
  • Currants 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  • Oil as required

Direction:

  1. Mash boiled potatoes.
  2. Now put cream, salt, black pepper, red chili, coriander leaves, maida, almonds, raisins, cream and green chilies and mix it nicely.
  3. Then make small small balls, coat with maida and dip in beaten eggs.
  4. Then sprinkle sesame seeds.
  5. Then fry in hot oil.
  6. Potato cutlets is ready.

Potato Cutlets is delicious cutlets. It is prepared with potatoes, green chilies, cream and almonds. Coated with maida, dipped in eggs, sprinkle sesame seeds and fried.
