Hari Mirch Tikka Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka pieces 4
  • Raw tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green chilies paste 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder & mint 1 cup

Direction:

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, garlic paste, papaya paste, cumin, chaat masala, turmeric, salt and lemon juice for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat oil in wok and put raw tomatoes.
  3. Then put chicken tikka, cover it and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  4. When tender, close stove.
  5. Now put butter and green chilies and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. It is ready.

Hari Mirch Tikka is delicious dish. Chicken tikka is marinated with yogurt, papaya paste, chaat masala and lemon juice. Then cooked with raw tomatoes, green chilies and butter. Serve with paratha or naan and raita.
