Ingredients:

  • Undercut mince 1/2 kg
  • Whole hard bread 3
  • Green chilies grinded 3 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Sambal oelek 1 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Marinate mince with all spices and leave for 2 hours.
  2. Now mix mince with crushed hard bread.
  3. Then make balls and fry for 15 minutes on medium flame.

African Kabab is tasty kabab. Undercut mince is marinated with spices and mixed with hard bread. Then made balls and fried. Serve with sauce. You must try this recipe.
