Coconut Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Coconut powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Capsicums 2
  • Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Green onion 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Direction:

  1. Heat oil, fry peas, carrot, capsicum, coconut powder and tomatoes and take it out.
  2. Now fry prawns and ginger garlic in this oil.
  3. Then put green chilies paste, black pepper and salt in prawns.
  4. Then put yogurt and cream and close stove.
  5. Now mix green onion and fried vegetables and put it.
  6. Then put salt and black pepper in remaining oil and take out in dish.
  7. Put prawns and serve.
  8. It is ready.

Coconut Shrimps is delicious & new dish. Mix vegetables & coconut powder are fried. Then prawns are fried and mixed with yogurt, cream, green chili paste, fried vegetables & coconut powder and served.
