Cholai Ka Saag Recipe

Ingredients:
- Washed & chopped cholai 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Onion 2
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- Potato cubes 1 big
- Tomato chopped 1
Direction:
- Heat oil and fry cumin.
- When golden brown, put remaining ingredients and fry it.
- Now cover it and cook for 20 minutes.
Cholai Ka Saag is popular side dish of North India. It is healthy and delicious dish. It is prepared with cholai, potato and onion. Fried and cooked. Serve with makai ki roti or paratha.
