Mango Firni Recipe

Ingredients:
- Crushed rice 1/2 cup
- Mango pulp 1 cup
- Milk 1 liter
- Sugar 1 cup
- Rose water 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Almond powder 1/2 cup
- Almonds finely chopped 100 gm
- Silver paper as required
Direction:
- Cook milk.
- Now put rice.
- When it is thick, put sugar, cardamom powder, rose water, almond powder, mango pulp and cream and close stove.
- Then put chopped almonds and silver paper and serve it.
Mango Firni is delicious dessert. Milk is cooked with rice, mango pulp, almonds powder and cream. Then garnished with almonds and silver paper and serve chilled.
