Keri Ka Keema Recipe

Ingredients:
- Raw mangoes 4
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Onion finely chopped 2
- Red chilies whole 6
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander whole 1 tsp
- Green chilies long chopped 4
- White cumin roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves few
- Oil 1 cup
Direction:
- Heat oil in pot, put beef mince, turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste and dry water.
- Now put omelette style raw mangoes, onion seeds, onion, red chilies, green chilies, coriander, cumin and curry leaves, roast it slightly and simmer it.
- Serve keri ka keema with plain rice or paratha.
Keri Ka Keema is tasty dish. Beef mince is cooked with raw mangoes and green chilies. Serve with paratha or plain rice.
