Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 4-5
  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • Flour 1-2 tbsp
  • Spring onions 1-2
  • Beaten eggs 1-2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Boil eggs hard.
  2. Then peel it and cool it.
  3. Now add chicken, garlic paste, black pepper, worcestershire sauce, maida, spring onion and salt in chopper and make paste.
  4. Now coat boiled eggs with paste.
  5. Then dip coated eggs in beaten eggs.
  6. Now coat with bread crumbs, fry it and take out in serving dish.
  7. Then decorate with salad leaves and serve.

Scotch Egg is delicious dish. Eggs are boiled. Then coated with chicken & garlic paste mixture. Then dipped in eggs, coated with bread crumbs and fried.
