Keri Ki Meethi Chutney

Ingredients:
- Raw mangoes peeled 1/2 kg
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1 cup
- White vinegar 1 cup
- Red chilies 10-12
- Raisins 1 cup
- Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
- Lemons 2
Direction:
- Put all ingredients except lemon juice in pot, cook for 10-15 minutes and remove it.
- When cools, put lemon juice and keep in jar.
Keri Ki Meethi Chutney is sweet chutney. It is prepared with raw mangoes, red chilies, raisins and lemon juice. Serve with roti.
