Brownie Ice Cream Sandwich

Ingredients:

• Vanilla ice cream 1/2 liter
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Brown sugar 1 cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Maida 3/4 cup
• Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
• Cooking chocolate 100 gm
• Milk 2 tbsp
• Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
• Eggs 2
  

Direction:

1. Put maida, baking powder and cocoa powder in bowl and sieve it.
2. Put eggs, brown sugar and oil in other bowl.
3. Then mix melted chocolate, milk and vanilla essence.
4. Now grease tray, fill mixture in it and bake on 180 degrees C.
5. Then cool it and cut from center.
6. Now spread vanilla ice cream and brownie.
7. Then refrigerate for 2 hours, cut into pieces and serve.
