Beef Steak Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

For Sandwich Bread:

  • Maida 250 gm
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sundried tomatoes 3 slices
  • Black olives 2 tbsp
  • Green olives 2 tbsp
  • Italian herbs 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup

For Steak Marination:

  • Beef tenderloin 1 rod
  • Italian herbs 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp

For Herb Mayo Dressing:

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ice berg 6
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Lemon 1

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients of marination except beef in bowl nicely.
  2. Now mix beef, marinate it and keep it aside.
  3. Now heat oil in big fry pan and keep marinated beef for 5-8 minutes.
  4. Now wrap beef in aluminum sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes in oven.
  5. For dressing: Mix all ingredients and keep it aside.
  6. For salad: Use ice berg, tomatoes, onion, cucumber and lemon.
  7. For bread: Mix maida, yeast, sugar, salt and water and leave it for 15 minutes.
  8. Now mix all ingredients, knead it, wrap with cling and leave for 45 minutes.

Beef Steak Sandwich is delicious sandwich. Beef is marinated and roasted in oven. Then spread on homemade bread slices with dressing and salad. Cut into shape and serve with fries & ketchup.
