Chicken White Sauce Buns

Ingredients:

  • Maida 3 cups
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Butter melted 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup

For Filling:

  • White sauce thick 1 cup
  • Shredded hunter chicken 1 cup
  • Potato (boiled & mashed) 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Direction:

  1. Put all ingredients in bowl, mix it nicely and knead with milk and water.
  2. Now cover it for 1 hour.
  3. Then knead again, make 12-14 balls, roll each balls in round, fill with filling in center and make balls again.
  4. Now brush baking tray with eggs, keep balls and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  5. Then bake on 190 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  6. Then take out from oven, brush with butter and serve.

Chicken White Sauce Buns is tasty dish. Balls is prepared with maida & yeast and kneaded with milk & water. Then chicken & potato mixture is stuffed and baked. You must try this recipe.
