Orange Loaf Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Tang orange 1-1/2 tsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Butter 3/4 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Maida 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Milk 3/4 cup

For Topping:

  • Tang orange 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/4 cup

Direction:

  1. Put tang orange in water and dissolve it.
  2. Now beat sugar and butter.
  3. Then put eggs one by one.
  4. Now put vanilla essence and tang orange and beat it.
  5. Then sieve maida and put salt, milk and baking powder.
  6. Now put mixture in pan and bake on 180 degrees C for 50-60 minutes.
  7. Then put topping ingredients in bowl.
  8. Now put on cake.
  9. Then cut into slices and serve.

Orange Loaf Cake is delicious cake. It is prepared with tang orange, maida, milk and eggs. Then baked, topped with tang orange mixture and served in slices.
