Ingredients:
- Rice boiled 2 cups
- Yogurt 3/4 cup
- Onion 1
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 3
- Small fenugreek crushed 1 bunch
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Gram flour sieved 1 cup
Direction:
- Clean rice and soak with yogurt for 2 hours.
- Now grind rice in grinded.
- Now put mixture in bowl and put all ingredients.
- Then mix it, make in patti shape and deep fry.
Rice Bhajia is new & amazing snack. Rice is soaked with yogurt and grinded. Then mixed with vegetables, made patti and deep fried.
