Coconut Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Rice flour 2 tsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Butter 50 gm
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Almonds 100 gm
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk 1 tin
- Eggs 6
- Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
- Coconut powder as required
Direction:
- Cook rice flour and milk.
- Put eggs, cream, coconut milk, vanilla essence and sugar in bowl and beat it.
- Then put in milk mixture, mix it and beat it.
- Now cook sugar, make caramel, put in mold and set it.
- Now put eggs mixture and bake on 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Then cool it, put almonds and serve.
Coconut Rice Pudding is delicious dessert. Milk and rice flour is cooked. Then mixed with eggs & coconut milk and poured on sugar caramel in mold. Then baked, topped with almonds and serve.
