Chatpatta Kala Chana Keema

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Black chickpeas boiled 250 gm
  • Dry mango powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes cubes 2-3
  • Onions finely chopped 2
  • Tamarind paste 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 bunch
  • Green chilies whole 5-6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put onion and fry it.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, mince, salt, red chilies and turmeric, mix it nicely and roast it.
  3. Then heat oil in pan and put chickpeas.
  4. Now put kasoori methi, black pepper, dry mango powder, tamarind paste, coriander leaves and green chilies, roast it, add in roasted mince and mix it.
  5. The cook for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Now take out in dish, mix tomato cubes and serve.

Chatpatta Kala Chana Keema is spicy and tasty dish. It is prepared with mince, black chickpeas, green chilies, red chilies and tomatoes. Serve with naan.
