Simple Chicken Butter Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1-1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Lemon 2
- Green chilies 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Direction:
- Wash chicken, put in pot with yogurt, salt, garlic paste and salt and cook without water on low flame.
- When water dries, add green chilies and lemon juice and simmer it on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Then put butter and simmer it again for 5-10 minutes on tawa.
- Serve it with hot plain rice or parathay.
Simple Chicken Butter is delicious dish. It is prepared with few ingredients. Chicken, green chilies, yogurt and butter are used. Serve with naan or parathay.
