Vegetable With Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 1 kg
  • Potatoes 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Red chilies crushed 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Mixed vegetable achar 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves, Green chilies as required

Direction:

  1. Heat oil, fry all vegetables and prawns and take it out.
  2. Now put 1/2 cup water in remaining oil.
  3. Also put red chilies, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic, achar and tomato paste.
  4. Then add fried vegetables and prawns and simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. Then close stove, put coriander leave and green chilies.
  6. It is ready.

Vegetable With Shrimp is delicious dish. The combination of vegetables and prawns is amazing. Mix vegetable achar is also added. Serve with rice.
