Zafrani Meetha Recipe

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Gelatin powder 1 tsp
- Crushed plain cake 1 cup
- Cardamom 1/2 tsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Yellow food color 1 pinch
- Coconut powder 1 tbsp
For Topping:
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Saffron essence few drops
- Almonds finely chopped 2 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Yellow color 1 pinch
Direction:
- Cook milk.
- Now put sugar, cardamom and color.
- When sugar dissolves, close stove.
- Now dissolve gelatin powder in little water and add it.
- Also put cream, coconut and cake, cool it, put in serving bowl and set it.
- For topping: Mix all ingredients, cook it, put on dessert and serve.
Zafrani Meetha is delicious dessert. Milk is cooked. Then mixed with cream, coconut and cake. Then topped with almonds mixture and served.
