Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken mince 300 gm
  • Finely slice cabbage 1/2
  • Green chilies finely chopped 4-5
  • Finely slice onion 1/2
  • Finely slice carrot 1
  • Green onion finely chopped 1/2 cup
  • Garlic cloves 3-4
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Roll wraps 1 packet
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese salt to taste
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Mix egg, corn flour and water and keep it aside.
  2. Boil chicken mince with garlic.
  3. Put cabbage, sesame oil, chicken powder, chicken mince, green onion, carrot, green chilies, salt, Chinese salt and black pepper in bowl and mix it nicely.
  4. Then fill roll wraps with this mixture and close roll with eggs mixture.
  5. Then heat oil in pan, fry roll, take out in serving dish and serve.

Shanghai Roll is Chinese cuisine. Chicken is boiled and mixed with vegetables. Then filled in roll wraps and fried. Serve with peanut butter mayo garlic sauce.
