Ingredients:

  • Roll wraps 8
  • Boneless chicken cubes 10
  • Capsicums chopped 2
  • Carrots chopped 2
  • Egg whites 2
  • Bean sprouts 1 cup
  • Chicken cube flour few
  • Green onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage chopped 1
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. Boil chicken and cut into small pieces.
  2. Now heat sesame seed oil in wok and stir fry chicken, cabbage, capsicum and carrot.
  3. Also add salt, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and chicken cube flour, roast for 3-4 minutes and remove it.
  4. Then put green onion and bean sprouts in pan.
  5. Divide roll wraps into 2 portions.
  6. Now put chicken mixture in center of each roll wraps, make roll and close with egg white mixture.
  7. Then heat oil in wok and deep fry until golden brown.
  8. It is ready.

Bite Size Spring Roll is tasty dish. Chicken is boiled. Then mixed with vegetables and beans sprouts. Filled in roll wraps and deep fried.
