Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken julienne 1/2 kg
- Sweet chili sauce 1/4 cup
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
- Suree rice noodles 1/2 packet
- Egg beaten 1
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Maida 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Stocks 2 cups
- Eggs boiled 2
- Capsicum 1 slice
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
- White sauce 2 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp
For White Sauce:
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Maida 4 tbsp
- Milk 1-1/2 cup
- Stock 1-1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tbsp
Direction:
- For sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and cook until mixture is thick.
- For casserole: Heat oil and fry onion.
- Now put chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then put garlic paste, maida, spices, sauce, capsicum and stock and cook for 2 minutes.
- When gravy is thick, grease tray.
- Now put chicken mixture.
- The put rice noodles, white sauce and cheese and add eggs.
- Now put white sauce and butter on top and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Chicken Casserole is amazing & tasty dish. Chicken, vegetables, egg, sauce and noodles are mixed. Topped with butter, cheese & white sauce and baked. Serve with garlic bread.
