Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken julienne 1/2 kg
  • Sweet chili sauce 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Suree rice noodles 1/2 packet
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Maida 2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Stocks 2 cups
  • Eggs boiled 2
  • Capsicum 1 slice
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
  • White sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese grated 4 tbsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Maida 4 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tbsp

Direction:

  1. For sauce: Put all ingredients in pan and cook until mixture is thick.
  2. For casserole: Heat oil and fry onion.
  3. Now put chicken and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Then put garlic paste, maida, spices, sauce, capsicum and stock and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. When gravy is thick, grease tray.
  6. Now put chicken mixture.
  7. The put rice noodles, white sauce and cheese and add eggs.
  8. Now put white sauce and butter on top and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Chicken Casserole is amazing & tasty dish. Chicken, vegetables, egg, sauce and noodles are mixed. Topped with butter, cheese & white sauce and baked. Serve with garlic bread.
