Mango Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Mangoes big 4-5
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 packets
  • Strawberry jelly powder 2 packets
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Lemons 2
  • Sponge cake 1
  • Warm milk 1 cup

Direction:

  1. Put sugar and milk in pot and cook it.
  2. Now dissolve corn in little cold water, put in pot, stir it with wooden spoon and thick it.
  3. Then peel mangoes and cut into long slices.
  4. Beat cream, dissolve jelly powder in hot water and set it.
  5. When all are ready, put corn in big and wide dish.
  6. Then keep cake slices, put little hot milk and lemon juice and keep mango slices.
  7. Now keep jelly cubes and put again custard, hot milk, lemon juice, mango slices, jelly and custard.
  8. The decorate with cream, mango and jelly and serve chilled.

Mango Pudding is delightful dessert. Custard is prepared with milk, sugar and corn flour. Then spread in dish, topped with hot milk, lemon juice, mango slices, jelly cubes and cream. Serve chilled.
