Salt & Pepper Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Beaten egg 1
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped spring onion 2
  • Finely chopped garlic cloves 4-5
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Spring onion 2
  • Julienne capsicum 2 tbsp

Direction:

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Put maida, corn flour, black pepper and egg in bowl and mix it.
  3. Now put small pieces of chicken and soya sauce and marinate it for few minutes.
  4. Then heat oil in pan, put chopped spring onion and saute it for few minutes.
  5. Now add garlic and fry until golden.
  6. Then deep fry chicken in hot oil until it is ready.
  7. Then put in mixture.
  8. Also put black pepper and salt and mix  it.
  9. Now put corn flour in chicken stock, put in chicken mixture gradually gradually and thick it.
  10. Then put capsicum and serve hot.

Salt & Pepper Chicken is tasty dish. Chicken is marinated and deep fried. Then mixed with salt, black pepper and stock. Serve with rice.
