Ingredients:

  • Ginger chopped 2 inch
  • Mint leaves chopped 1 bunch
  • Sea salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 pinch
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Soda or White soft drink 1 bottle
  • Lemon juice 2-3
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Ice crushed as required

Direction:

  1. Grind ginger, mint leaves and sugar.
  2. Now add salt, lemon juice and sea salt.
  3. Now strain mixture and put in jug.
  4. Then add soda or white soft drink and ice and serve chill.

Shikanjbeen is summer drink. It is prepared with ginger, mint leaves, juice and soda or white soft drink. Make it in Ramadan.
