Kofta Masala Recipe

Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- All spice few
- Salt to taste
- Bread slices 2
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves finely chopped 1/2 bunch
- Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies finely chopped 4
For Masala:
- Raw onion paste 2
- Tomato puree 1/2 cup
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Green chilies finely chopped 4
- Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 cup
Direction:
- Mix chickpeas, white cumin, black cumin, all spice and poppy seeds and grind finely.
- Now mix grinded masala and bread slices in mince and chop in chopper.
- Then mix green chilies, mint leaves and coriander leaves, make small koftay and shallow fry in frying pan.
- For masala: Now heat oil in pot and fry onion until light pink.
- Then add ginger garlic, turmeric and red chili powder and roast it slightly.
- Put tomato puree, green chilies and all spice.
- Also put fried koftay.
- Then put green chilies and coriander leaves and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Kofta masala is ready.
