Masala Chana Recipe

Ingredients:
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 2
- Garlic clove 1
- Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
- Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Water 1 cup
- Chickpeas cooked 4 cups
- Cumin roasted & crushed 2 tsp
- Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
- Paprika 2 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Lemon 1/2
- Green chili chopped 1
- Ginger grated 2 tsp
Direction:
- Heat oil, put onion and garlic and fry it slightly.
- Then put coriander, cumin, turmeric and red chili and cook for few seconds.
- Now put tomatoes, chickpeas, cumin, dry mango powder, paprika, all spice, salt and lemon juice, cover it and cook it.
- Then put ginger and green chili and serve.
Masala Chana is delicious side dish. It is prepared with tomatoes, chickpeas, spice and green chili. Serve with paratha or naan.
