Vegetable Raita Recipe

Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Boiled potato 1
- Boiled peas 1 cup
- Cucumber 1
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Green chilies 2
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Direction:
- Beat yogurt.
- Now add vegetables.
- Then put black pepper, salt and green chilies.
- Then heat oil, put cumin and curry leaves and fry it.
- Then give tarka to raita.
- It is ready.
Vegetable Raita is delicious and healthy raita. It is prepared with mix vegetables, topped with bhagar and serve with pulao.
